Its true genetic makeup is unknown. Some say OG Kush is a mix of ChemDawg with Lemon Thai and Pakistani Kush. According to others, it is just a special cut by ChemDawg that dates back to the early 1990s. Even the meaning of OG has been debated; some believe it means Original Gangster. However, now, due to its origins, most people believe it means Ocean Grown.
