General Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, “Terms”) govern the purchase of products and services made through the website Budream.com (hereinafter, the “Site”), operated by [Indoorline], with registered office in [Via Sommeliere 35 Torino], VAT registration number 09279770011, e-mail orders@budream.com.
You are encouraged to read these Terms carefully before placing an order. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Sale Prices

The products and services offered on the Site are described on the relevant product pages. Images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
Product availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed until order confirmation. In case of unavailability, the customer will be contacted to arrange an alternative or a refund.

3. Prices and payments

All prices shown on the Site are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods are:

  • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • Amazon Pay

  • Bank transfer

  • Other methods specified on the checkout page

The order will be processed only after confirmation of payment.

4. Shipping and delivery methods

Delivery is made to the address given by the customer when ordering. Shipping times vary depending on destination and product availability and may differ from the approximate times listed on the “shipping” page.

Shipping costs are indicated during the purchase process. If there are any delays or problems with delivery, the customer will be informed promptly.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the product, without obligation to state reasons, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send written notice by e-mail to order@budream.com and return the product in its original condition. A refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of defective or wrong product.

6. Warranty and service

All products sold on the Site are covered by the legal 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to the Consumer Code.

In case of a defective product, the customer can contact support by sending a report to order@budream.com with a description of the problem and photos of the product.

7. Limitation of liability

Budream is not responsible for any delays or non-performance due to force majeure or unforeseeable events. Also, it is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the improper use of the purchased products. Check the regulations in force in the state of destination of the product and check whether the use by law is permitted.

8. Privacy and data protection

Personal data provided by the customer are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Right of Withdrawal

Under current regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without the need to provide any reasons.

Method of Exercise of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written notice by email present on our website, indicating: The order number The product or products for which you intend to exercise withdrawal Your personal data

Conditions for reimbursement

The product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging, complete with any accessories and user manuals, with no signs of use or damage.

Refund

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned merchandise, using the same method of payment chosen by the customer when ordering, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Warning:

We will not refund products that are found to have been handled or used.Open packages cannot be replaced.Some categories of products are excluded from the right of withdrawal (seeds,vaporizers, cosmetics) because the characteristics or freshness of the products may have been altered.
