ATTENTION: hemp seeds are excluded from the legal notion of Cannabis, this means that they are not to be considered a narcotic substance (Law 412 of 1974, art.1, paragraph 1, lett. In Italy the cultivation of Hemp is prohibited (articles 28 and 73 of the DPR 309/90) if you do not have the appropriate authorization (article 17 DPR 309/90).
