ATTENTION: hemp seeds are excluded from the legal notion of Cannabis, which means that they are not to be considered narcotic substances (Law 412 of 1974, art.1, paragraph 1, lett. B; New York Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs of 1961 and table II of the ministerial decree 27/7/1992).
