Step-by-step order guide

Step 1: Visit the page for the product you wish to purchase. If available, select the preferred variety and indicate the quantity to add to your cart.

Step 2: Click on the "Add to cart" button. In the pop-up that appears, you will be able to change variety and quantity if necessary. To continue browsing, click "Continue Shopping." If you are ready to proceed with your order, click "Checkout."

Step 3: On the shopping cart page, check that the products and quantities selected are correct. Here you can also change quantities or remove items. If you have a promo code, enter it in the dedicated "Promo Code" field. To add more items, click on "Continue Shopping." When you are ready, click "Checkout" to proceed.

Step 4: Log in to your BUDREAM account. If you don't have one, you can create one in a few clicks directly from the page.

Step 5: Select an address for delivery and billing.

Step 6: Choose your shipping method. If you choose a pickup point, you will be able to select it via a pop-up map that will show the nearest options based on your zip code or city.

Step 7: Select your preferred payment method.

Step 8: Check the final order summary. Here you will find your chosen delivery and billing address, shipping method, and payment method. If everything is correct, click "Confirm" to complete the order.

• If you have opted for an indirect payment (e.g., bank transfer), you will receive specific instructions in the confirmation email that will be sent to you.
