ATTENTION: hemp seeds are excluded from the legal notion of Cannabis, this means that they are not to be considered narcotic substances (Law 412 of 1974, art.1, paragraph 1, lett. In Italy, the cultivation of Hemp is prohibited (articles 28 and 73 of Presidential Decree 309/90) if you do not have the appropriate authorization (article 17 of Presidential Decree 309/90). In the absence of authorization, the seeds can be used exclusively for other purposes (zootechnical, collecting, ect …). The seeds are sold on the condition that they are not used by third parties in conflict with the law.
