HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER:
Orders must be placed through the Online Shop by placing the desired items in the cart.
It is not necessary to be registered on our site to place an order, however we recommend to create your account, this allows to access our site with unique credentials and passwords, to speed up the procedure for future orders and to follow the stages of preparation of the order, including the tracking of the shipment of your package.
Once the order is placed, a series of e-mail inform you about the status of your order:

Please note: This online shop operates from the European Union and all transactions are ultimately made in Euro (unless otherwise displayed). You can pay straight after the placement of the order or in a second moment, when you receive the mail that confirms your order with the right transport cost applied. The order is put in shipment once the payment has been correctly received.
AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS:
1 Save for the provisions under clause 5, Indoorline srl, with reference to each product published in the online Shop, specifies whether:
(a) the product is available at its warehouse;
(b) the Product is not available at its warehouse;
(c) the Product is available on demand;
2 The range and availability of the Products published in the online shop may vary from time to time, and it is hereby accepted and agreed by the customer that Budream will have no responsibility or liability for any variation or non-availability of any product to the customer.
3 Should a Product (indicated as available at the time the order was placed by the customer) no longer be available, , will use its best endeavours to inform the customer, by email, about the restocking time. Not available item/s will be refunded in a timely manner directly to the same payment method selected by the Customer in the order. Available items selected in the order will be sent to the Customer. Indoorline will accept no liability or responsibility for the non/delayed availability of any product/s.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Indoorline srl (logistic partner) makes its best to assemble orders in boxes or pallets such as to guarantee the integrity of the items during the transport.The goods are packed and there is no reference or indication of the contents on the outside.
Our items will be shipped by courier TNT, UPS).
Shipments to the rest of the European Union take approximately five/six days.
We do not deliver on Saturday and Sunday.
Indoorline S.r.l. assumes no responsibility for late delivery of any product.
The delivery times cannot, in any case, be considered binding and Indoorline S.r.l., not being able to directly control the deliveries of the products after their shipment, cannot be held in any way responsible for their non-compliance. Customers can also check the status of orders through the online "Order Tracking" function provided by the courier chosen by Indoorline S.r.l. for the delivery. This verification can be carried out by customers only after the products have been shipped and using the tracking data communicated by Indoorline S.r.l. by e-mail or by accessing the profile.

It is preferable to indicate a telephone number to facilitate delivery by the courier and make sure that the name / surname indicated in the address is easily traceable (plate / name on the bell).
FREE SHIPPING OFFER: Free shipping for purchases over € and less than a weight of 100 kg
Indoorline Srl reserves the right to request a contribution for shipping costs if the weight of the order exceeds 100 kg (actual / volumetric weight) or in case of delivery to uncomfortable locations (as indicated by the courier, ex. little island or small villages in the mountains).
Customers, or other parties appointed by customers who are at the address indicated for the delivery of products in the order confirmation, are required to verify, at the time of delivery, that:
a: the packages correspond to what is indicated in the courier transport document (DDT) both by number and by type;
b: the packaging / packaging of the Products is intact, not damaged, neither wet nor altered, even in the closing materials.
Any damage to the packaging / packaging of the products must be immediately contested by the customers by placing a written control reserve on the proof of delivery of the courier. It is understood that, once the courier's document has been signed without any notification, customers can no longer raise any objection to Indoorline S.r.l. with reference to the external characteristics of what was delivered (any complaints must be sent to ordini@indoorline.com within 24 hours of receipt of the goods)
The products can be delivered by couriers only to customers or to persons authorized by them; the person to whom the products are delivered must affix a signature to certify the delivery. Couriers do not deliver to PO boxes or insert products in letter boxes or other similar places.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
In case of afterthought it is possible to cancel the order placed online by promptly informing Indoorline srl via email (ordini@indoorline.com) clearly indicating the order number that you wish to cancel. In case the order is already sent, the withdrawal rights apply.
It is not possible to cancel specific orders made on commission (products on request / customized), otherwise Indoorline srl reserves the right to request a contribution equal to the damage suffered by the cancellation of the order.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW (consumer):
If the customer is a "consumer" (ie a natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to his business, commercial, craft or professional activity) he has the right to withdraw from any order, without giving any reasons and with any declaration, provided it is explicit , delivered to Indoorline srl within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The customer can use the following standard text to be sent by mail to ordini@indoorline.com:

Information regarding the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 1, letter (h) of the Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 "Consumer Code") and Legislative Decree 185/99 art.5 in the non-satisfaction of a purchased product.
NB: the returned goods must be intact and correctly packaged in the original packaging and provided with all the accessories, instructions for use and documentation (damaged or used products are not allowed). Please do not write on the product packaging.
If the returned product does not comply with the previously prescribed, the withdrawal will not be effective. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products themselves
EFFECTS OF THE WITHDRAWAL
Following the withdrawal, Indoorline srl will reimburse all the payments made by the purchaser, with the exception of the redelivery costs that are charged to the customer, without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day that Indoorline srl is informed by the customer of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. These refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase phase, unless otherwise specified. In any case, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. The reimbursement may be suspended until the receipt of the returned products by Indoorline srl or until the customer demonstrates that the goods have been shipped.
The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the purchase contract. As an alternative to reimbursement, it is possible to carry out a "REPLACEMENT" or "CHANGE OF GOODS" - excluding shipping costs.
GUARANTEES:the warranties offered by the manufacturers of the goods are applied to the products sold in the online store. The warranty relates to manufacturing defects and does not apply to cases of tampering, neglect, breakdown by trauma or incorrect maintenance. The manufacturer of the products is the person responsible for any damage caused by defects in the products themselves.
ERRORS AND / OR INACCURACIES IN THE ONLINE STORE:
Indoorline srl agrees that the Online Store is regularly checked in order to avoid possible errors or inaccuracies. However, it is possible that the Online Store contains, or may over time contain, errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
Therefore, Indoorline reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions contained in the Online Store and also reserves the right to change or update information at any time without prior notice to Customers.
The images of the products published on the site are intended to facilitate online purchase but may differ from the actual appearance of the product, therefore they do not guarantee correctness in terms of color, shape and characteristics.
